Keys LLC has been in business for nearly a decade, providing emerging Internet technology solutions to individuals and small businesses.

Founded in 1994, Keys began as Octopus Networking, focusing on new and emerging wireless technologies. Over time, its core mission migrated from wireless to domain registration and hosting. In 1996, it was renamed Keys Networking. Throughout the 1990's, Keys Networking provided domain name registration facilitation (via the Internic, run by Network Solutions at that time) and domain hosting (DNS, web, email, news) for a number of individuals and small businesses. In addition, it partnered with Amazon for advertising revenue.

With the privatization of the domain name system through 1997-2000 and the advent of alternative registrars, Keys focused on providing domain name registrations to its customers. In 2000, it partnered with the OpenSRS system, providing a new low-cost domain name registration service for its customers.

In 2003, Keys Networking re-organized as Keys LLC. Today, we provide inexpensive domain name registration services and 128-bit SSL digital certificates to our clients. In addition, we provide IT contracting and consulting services in the Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area.
